The Thornhill Community Hockey League grants an unconditional Permission to Skate and Release for all players in the Organization after the Final Championship Day.

While you should not require these forms as most Houseleague's in the GTHL operate in a similar fashion there are some organizations that will insist on a permission to skate form (i.e. Richmond Hill)
