| Thank you for your interest in the Thornhill Rebels Tournament. This tournament is open to any House League Select teams that are registered with the O.M.H.A. Alliance or the G.T.H.L. in the following divisions. |

| 1. | The tournament will commence the morning of the Friday and will carry on throughout the weekend, with the championship games on Sunday. All games will be played at either the Thornhill Community Centre (Bayview Ave. & John St.) , R.J. Clatworthy Arena (John St. East of Don Mills Rd.) or Angus Glen Community Centre |
| 2. | Each team is to consist of a maximum of 17 registered players (including 2 goalies) plus 3 Coaches, 1 Trainer and 1 Manager for a maximum of 22 team members. |
| 3. | The tournament is a 4 game guarantee, with a playoff round consisting of a final game and possibly semi finals depending on the number of team entries. All games will be scored using the “points per period” system. (1 point per period plus 3 points for the game, 1/2 points for ties). The cost of the tournament includes the gate fee. No Admission fees will be charged at the arenas. |
| 4. | In the event of a default a score of 3-0 will be awarded to the non defaulting team. This will result in the non defaulting team being awarded the full 6 points. |
| 5. | There are snack bars at each arena. Fisher Sports at Thornhill Community Centre provides skate sharpening, sticks, tape and other equipment. |
| 6. | Please ensure that applications are completed in full. Please show full mailing address, contact names phone numbers and email addresses. No applications will be considered unless accompanied by a properly completed O.M.H.A. Alliance or G.T.H.L. roster sheet. |
| 7. | All applications must be in by February 1st. All Teams accepted into the Tournament will receive confirmation on or before February 14th . |
| 8. | All teams must provide a copy of their official O.M.H.A., G.T.H.L.or Alliance rosters as well as a travel permit. Teams must also have copies of their players birth certificates available for inspection at the tournament should the need arise. |
